Diamond Collection Hotels Statement on the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)


Considering the health & safety of our guests and staff as our top priority, we assure you that our integrated Health and Safety plan foresees all measures, specifications and procedures across all hotel departments to address the new COVID-19 and any disease that can be transmitted in the community, in accordance to the World Health Organisation, the Greek Ministry of Health and local authorities.

The following steps have been planned:
  1. Operation at a lower occupancy (max 200 guests) to ensure proper distancing
  2. Intensified cleaning & disinfection procedures across all high volume touchpoints & guestrooms 
  3. Disinfectant dispensers for guests in public areas
  4. High standards of food safety – HACCP procedures
  5. F&B outlets will operate with social distance measures and longer hours of operation. Breakfast will be served from members of our staff behind the Buffet plus individual portions will be available. Special set-up menus have been designed and will be served on table in order to minimize risks during dinner time serving 
  6. Social distancing specifications in pool & Beach area.  Plenty of sunbeds available for each guest in pool or beach area. Sanitation will be provided to our sunbeds regularly.
  7. Simple & fast check-in / Check – out procedures. Online check in form through our website in order to speed up the check in procedures.
  8. Doctor on call 24/7 to provide special care to our guests
  9. Ongoing and constant training for our compliant staff
  10. Awareness campaign at all hotels

Cancellations for online bookings

If you have booked directly via or any OTA’S website and your travel has been impacted by the COVID-19 virus, please contact your hotel by replying to the confirmation email of your reservation. Diamond Collection Hotels have applied modififications on the cancelllation policy in order not to affect your holidays for summer 2020.
