Our jams and marmalades are made in-house with seasonal fruit and delicious, homely recipes. The meat (pork, goat, lamp, beef) is carefully selected by our Executive chef, with demanding standards of quality and freshness, and the fish is hand-picked fresh from the local fish market of the Kos Harbour.
Diamond Deluxe Hotel holds a strong bond with the local market to ensure that only the best quality products enter our kitchen. We use only locally produced extra virgin olive oil from our very own private olive grove.
